The crazy part about Ronaldo’s header is that he was being guarded, his body was tilted so it wasn’t at max height, and he hit the ball at a higher point of contact. He did that all while tired and sprinting, the one here was way easier.

The fact that the American Football guys had lots of advantages with being much taller (heading) and heavier (lifting and pull challenges), and the soccer guys still won is simply breathtaking

The crazy part is these are D1 Football players the 2nd highest level of American football and 3 out of the 4 soccer players are essentially semi pros way down the soccer pyramid.

So college level hand-egg players lost an athleticism challenge to one professional football player, 2 retired ones and one freestyler (doesn’t even requiere pro-level athleticism since it’s more about showing flashy skills and tricks) and they have the audacity to call it “the real football” lmao
