Foreign ministers from a host of Commonwealth countries are meeting in Rwanda on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting that begins tomorrow (June 24). The leaders will review developments in the Commonwealth and discuss issues such as green energy, rising food prices and the war in Ukraine. The meeting was initially due to take place in June 2020, but was postponed twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

US UK and EU setup Africa & South America as their toilet, the people there as toilet servant. Toilet must remain as toilet, not to develop. But China came around and develop the toilet into living room, and the servant became owner. So they are very angry to lost the toilet....
