This is incredible! This is the exact same tinnitus tone I have and now I can let my husband know what the high pitch is like that has been tormenting me 24/7 for decade. Thank you.

How interesting. This decreased my ringing significantly and when I paused it for a second I couldn’t hear my ringing at all! Thank you.

My tinnitis has been so loud and debilitating even waking me up at night. So many tinnitis frequency are are so loud and contribute more to my noisy head but somehow this one is helping I actually had a decent day today. Ty

Wow, this is the one for me! I've found some of your other tracks work brilliantly but this is the best. I have tinnitus in my left ear that's a fairly high pitched hollow ringing I'm fairly sure centers around 10.2kHz, where I also have a dip in hearing response. This 11k noise completely masks it even at low volume, what bliss! Strangely, when I stop listening the T is much reduced and a more focused tone rather than the vague ringing and my overall hearing seems clear and crisp! Thank you Dale!!

You are really a master in blending frequencies and such. In my opinion you are ahead of the current trend many years already. I found that when I match both sounds to the same level I become like deaf and do not hear a thing. Curiously, I am aware of the tinnitus sound but it does not matter anymore. My mind is at peace and ready to sleep, it is better to hear a faint noise coming from outside than to hear a sound that starts inside your brain instead. Thank you for😮 your expertise in making our lives more satisfying, after all, a good night sleep is priceless. Insomnia is easier to combat with the right frequency and proper meds. Thanks again for the many choices that you provide for us.😊

My tinnitus, like many peoples, is multiple frequencies overlaid, but this sound here nailed my loudest, most annoying frequency. Thanks again as always, Dale. Dale has a patreon you can join at $2 a month, which is nothing at all if you're getting any relief from these sounds. At the very least, kick the man a one-off payment of whatever you can spare. He deserves it and almost never asks.

I know this isn't targeted towards ADHD and specifically don't claim medical expertise about the co-occurence, but I have ADHD as well as a lifelong tinnitus that got permanently worse when I had to work right next to a noisy construction area within the same room (was illegal to let us work like that, but too late to complain a decade later). Had this in the background for the last 4 hours of doing my job and I feel like the noise and my racing mind stopped. Unlike those brown/colored noise videos, this one isn't distracting. Sounds like I'm sitting in a rural garden during a warm summer night, only the sound of soft wind and crickets around me.

In that regard, I'm gonna add this to my playlist, subscribe and try your other content. Thank you for some great coding-session background noise. 🙂

this one really helped make it stop a bit or least focus my brain away from it, i really feel like the sound was always there but one day i got a wave of anxiety and my brain just honed in on that tone and never stopped, hope the find a way to cure this one day.

Interesting! The pitches don’t match my multi tonal tinnitus yet somehow it masks (or distracts) really well. 🙌 I’ll probably never understand all this but I’m truly grateful for your work!

Woot woot! 🤘You did it. 💚I've used your other videos for relief in the past, but nothing helped like this one.

It's funny to hit the pause button and hear that ringing sound come back with a rush.

Thank you so much.

Exact pitch of my tinnitus so it masks it perfectly, with an external “hiss” one’s mind can except it but when it’s internal it can be an interminable torment.

it’s somehow exactly the same frequency of my tinnitus. Only problem is waking up in the middle of the night, grab my iPhone and earphones… the anxiety is so high already that I can’t fall asleep anymore even with this one set up 😢

I have some not-ringing. It's a noise that rages from 7khz to 20khz (checked with analyzer) that drives me insane in my apartment.
I got bad sleeping, get all anxious, head and ears warm up when it's worse.
I thought it was ringing for a while but I noticed it would not happen in other locations.
This noise kinda blends with it and makes it less unbearable.

Hi Dale thanks for this one. I have been moving backwards and forwards between 8000 and 10000 each night. The violet noise sound that alternates its volume is also really good for me.
My tinnitus never really goes away.
Im hoping this one will help reduce my tinnitus.
Im currently listening to it while im typing and it seems as though its confusing my tinnitus 😅😊😊.
Thanks again
