I lived in NYC during both of his 2 terms as mayor and by far he was the worst NYC Mayor ever! Noting positive came out of his time. He was handed a gem by the previous mayor Mike Bloomberg and destroyed it. No way with his past performance should he have a job with this level of responsibility. He destroyed NYC through terrible policy and many people suffered as a result
