The dragocorn glider did not get banned from competitive it was disabled for a few days, the reason why is not because people couldn't see you but because when deploying the glider you did a full 360 making it very hard to hit a player.

How does hiding behind your glider count as effective? If someone sees a glider in general they know it’s a person rather your hidden or not and honestly if the glider is so big you can hide behind it that’s worse you’re just bigger and actually easier to see if anything

I got the Arial archer right when it came out and I can confidently say it is pay to win bc it also gives you a zoomed out screen just like the sentinel glider and the green goblin glider. I also have the astroworld cyclone for free somehow and have the raft glider
