The ultimate insult to the rest of us out here is that he doesn't even give her a ticket for speeding and awknowledges that this is the second time he has stopped her and no ticket for the first time. You think maybe there are two systems of justice out there in this country. This is ridiculous and just not right.

In MD, VA, DC if you’re caught driving without drivers license, no insurance the police ask you to park your car and look for someone to pick you up! You’re not allowed to continue driving!!
