With your EAD, you will be able to apply for social security number (social security card) and legally work in the United States.

My question is . What if you had TPs before and you renewed TPs without the ead authorization and after while the TPs is still pending you want to apply for the EAD authorization so what category should I use? Is it a12 or c19

Question on the form i-765 art 2, 21.a "Fom i-94 Arrival - Departure Record Number ( if any), if the applicant received an H1B extension after last arrival and there is a new i-94 number in the approved i-797A notice then which i-94 number should be used to answer 21.a, the previous physical arrival details reflecting on the i-94 portal or the latest one available under the H1B extension?

Hi, when i applied for my first time i didn't put N/A for blank spaces. It was on 2022. When they received my case they approved it. Now i need to renew my EAD. I have some question in this new form do you realy need to put N/A on blank spaces ? And what change for categories C5. Thanks in advance.
