Thank you for the stainless steel gua sha! There was a dr. on YouTube who recently demonstrated that we should open up the lymphatic drainage pathways on the neck before beginning a facial massage. She said only do this on one side of the neck at a time - light pressure, using oil, from the back of the ear and down the side of the neck then moving toward the middle of the collar bone. Do this 10 times each side. Then begin whatever massage. I thought it was worth passing along.
