Tess I normally never comment on videos but I just wanted to say; I work with cancer patients and to hear you talk about your treatment and how you found your way back to yourself is so inspiring. Tess- this video was SO encouraging and helpful to me. I am almost 8 months postpartum and struggle with my self image daily. Your story gave me so much perspective. When you said you would give up your post cancer body for your postpartum body to not have had cancer, I was so inspired. I never want to take health for granted, and it is OKAY for our bodies to look like we have had babies because we have! Thank you ❤

I am glad you made a point to say you would take your postpartum body pre-cancer 10/10. That seems like it should be obvious, but I think we really take for granted our healthy bodies. We hyper fixate on physical appearance and if that doesn’t meet social norms you feel something is wrong with your body. If you are healthy, your body is right! I have watched you since your character lookbook days and am very happy you are healthy and well!
