@5:00 the Mormon church still uses ecclesiastical measures in lieu of civil procedures. There are 'church courts' to deal out penalties, usually for sexual 'violations', but it's how they keep a lid on bad behaviour to the outside world. I have seen people broken and outcast for things like 'touching themselves', while husbands and fathers who habitually molest are let off the hook because they hold the priesthood, so they simply 'couldn't be doing anything TOO bad...'

Simon, have you considered applying loudness normalization across your videos (all channels included)? Whenever you have new releases I tend to queue them up for breaktime listening. The inconsistent audio levels are a bit of a problem though. One video might be perfect at a particular volume setting, but then the next is either way too low or borders on blowing out my eardrums. I generally enjoy surprises and novelty, but this particular type I could live without.
