Wessex Archaeology presents this heritage talk exploring the Archaeological Written Schemes of Investigation (WSI's) for Offshore Wind Farms.
Our speakers are Ed Salter, a Senior Marine Planning and Consents Manager from the Crown Estates. Along with Andrea Hamel who is a Senior Marine Archaeologist for Wessex Archaeology. They offer advice and insights into the new guidance document for offshore wind projects lead by Wessex Archaeology.
The new guidance supersedes Model Clauses for Archaeological Written Schemes of Investigation: Offshore Renewables Projects (Wessex Archaeology 2010) to reflect changes to the offshore wind farm industry, guidance, processes and procedures.
