I don't know why all you haters are hating.  There are dozens, if not hundreds, of semi-perpetual novelties like this out there.  Sure they stop eventually, but the novelty is how long they take to reach the point of equilibrium and what clever mechanisms they use to counter friction.  The innovations in these toys can be implemented into a wide variety of gadgets, e.g. extremely efficient clocks, watches that wind themselves when the wearer moves, energy return braking systems for electric cars....

I love how the wheel slowes down after you gently push it forward at 1:22 then it gains speed. Like there were some kind of mystical motor under the table. And by the way, I love that we actually get to see one of the holes trough the table right beside your machine. But nice builds you do. Dont forget to charge up the batteries for coming videos. :)

The center pivot point that this mechanism rotates on is being turned by a motor underneath the table. If you look under the black bracket in the center of the grey circle, you can clearly see that the shaft goes through the table.

This isn't fake, but it's not perpetual motion, either. It's an elegant, highly-efficient machine that can run for far longer than the length of the Youtube video demonstrating it under the power provided it by the initial push. It's no promise of free energy, but it's still beautiful. I'd wager most of the friction is occurring in the tooth of the ratchet. It slides along the ratchet gear and slams into it frequently.

There is something giving the assembly a "kick" at the bottom and top of rotation. You can hear as the clicks from the pawl increase and decrease in frequency as the wheel goes around. So, I would propose there is some sort of oscillating magnetic field under the board that keeps everything going when the wheel is started with the correct rotational velocity. And, doesn't, obviously, when the velocity isn't correct as can be seen at 1:40.
