Nice to see a scooter here again as I recall a few of your scooter reviews from a few years ago! We no longer have a Royal Alloy Shoppe and I doubt we will ever see one of these beauties but that is just how it is over here.

My first Lambretta was a LD125 (two single seats) back in the late 60's i progressed to GP150 1970 in white which was quickly modyfied i did allsorts to it, Wildcat piston conversion, chopped the piston skirt, enlarged the ports, big bore Ancelloti exhaust, , big carb....used to love going to. watch racing at Cadwell.

back in the day none of my scooter mates would buy a Vespa ( "hairdryer") if they could get Lambretta . love its classic looks .

Had a GP200 back in 1982, and to be fair, this looks the business, and as you said, quality built. Of course, I love the old classics, but for no or little maintenance guys and gals (particularly as we get older), it's perfect. Also, like the Vespa GTS, but don't like the big round and enormous headlights on most Vespas (first bike was a Vespa 150 Super in 1982 with a "rectangular" headlight).

I think they have evolved the look and I think it looks good, it’s a modern scooter for modern times and you know it will stop and go when you want ( hopefully) it’s not as nice looking as the old models but I think it’s nice machine with some attractive touches

Great review, I was a mod but could never afford a scooter but I allways wanted one, I remember my mate getting a Lambretta GT 250cc I think, he always had a girl friend! Loved all the mirrors and lights and the parkers with proper fur on the hoods.
Well now 70 years later I I still can't afford one, but i digress, if I could I would love one of these, the quality is obvious and I bet it's reliable and fast too and a bonus of owning one is you wouldn't be part of an in crowd that can send you to sleep talking endlessly about the 60's and how much more of a mod they were than you 😖😁.
Love this channel, there is something really nostalgic about it, I think from the delivery maybe this chap has been transported back from the past, you never can tell nowadays .👍

Now that's one handsome looking scoot! Thanks for sharing this, and I look forward to your road test. It could be time to change my 13 year-old Gilera this year, and this Lambretta really appeals. I'd never considered them before as I thought that there was no underneath storage with this design (the similarly styled Royal Alloy doesn't have any, I think), but if you can fit a helmet under there, that's good enough for me. I've just found out there's a dealer just seven miles from me, so a shopping trip is on the cards!

Looks superb. £2k more than Honda's GB350 retro motorbike, but I suppose the target audience is different. Nostalgic mods instead of nostalgic rockers!

I like it ! Planned to have a Vespa 350 Gts, but .. now with this, i m not sure anymore, and congrats to Lambretta for keep it in the same price range as Vespa 🙂

As a motorcyclist since 1969, i would never look twice at a scooter, but must admit that is very tasty. Price seems reasonable too. Made in Thailand, but as long as the quality is OK that's not a problem. Lovely colour too.

I have similar SX 200 made in Taiwan. The panels do not come off! Bit underpowered but OK for around the village here in Thailand. Thanks for the update!

I would buy it, I had two Lambretta’s back in the day and own a Vespa GTS 75 anniversary addition now. I don’t like digital instruments though, mine has them and I would change them if I could.
