Excellent vid Play Ray. People always forget the very basics of bodybuilding. Without the mental ability to know you can do something you never will. If you can imagine moving the weight and truly believe you can your body will do it.

You're right Ray, mental barrier has a huge impact on your physical performance. At any point in time, your brain keeps your from performing at 100% that your muscles could possible lift. Also, mental fatigue sets on faster than physical. Getting yourself in the right mind-state makes a huge difference in the weight room, basketball court, or any physical activity.

Big Play! Your right bruh you have to have your mind right before you expect to get your body right. Before every heavy lift I always tell my self " Ima Beast" "Push this S%^&" This Is nothing" May sound funny but thats what help me stay in that mental mind frame of giving my all and pushing harder. Thanks for all that your doing bruh. You truly are an inspiration to us hard gainers.

This is why I watch your videos and Campbell Fitness. Yall always keep the info on point!! Real Talk, I seem to relate to this video as well I just explained something similar to a guy im working out at the gym in the mornings. We were supersetting this morning and I got done with my set and was amped, and I yelled at him like lets go, get that shit in. He said damn man why you always crunk like this, and thats when I shouldve showed him this video right there. I explained it to him though!!
