Spyderco Native 5 Fluted Carbon Fiber and s90v: Knife Overview

I recently bought one of these from the SFO for $200. I’m really thankful for the OpFocus discount, and excited to get my S90V fluted CF N5! Seems like the perfect version of the model, at least for me.

I’ve got one of these coming later this week. The size is perfect for me to just thumb roll the blade. I agree it’s not got a high fidget factor, but they don’t all have to be fidget toys.

Have you had good luck ordering from St.Nicks? After your video I ordered a couple less expensive knives from them over a weekend, on their website. The following Monday I received an email informing me that one of them was out of stock and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or just buy the one they had. Mistakes happen but I cancelled since if I buy them from separate companies I would probably incur shipping charges. The refund missed my billing cycle so I’ll see in a few weeks if they did refund me but I’m not expecting problems. I was just more curious if their website is not updated regularly. I haven’t considered them in my purchases since because of this so would be nice to know if this was a rare occurrence. Thanks for showing us the Spyderco.

The scale edges were sharp on mine. Had to smooth them out.

That model is getting harder to find. lt’s been out of stock for over a year now. Picked mine up 3 years ago

Really wish they'd give the Native 5 the "Bodacious treatment" where they remove the choil and move the finger guard forward
