I read an article today that there are numerous indicators of mortality that are better than the standard battery of tests. As walking speed goes up, for example, you can predict longer lifespans. Lots of power in easy home assessments.

Great tips to gauge your health yourself in between doctor check-ups. When I was younger I thought I was invincible and never payed attention to stuff like this, but as I get older I'm realizing how important it is. I was aware and already monitoring some of these things but I didn't know about others, like the relation between hair/nail/skin quality and nutrition, will definitely keep an eye on that. Thanks as always for the amazing information!
