Developing a diverse workforce and an opportunity-rich culture is integral to people doing their best work and essential to stronger business performance. In this session, learn about building environments where employees feel respected and empowered. It must be a priority at every level. All employees should have the agency and responsibility to drive change by making inclusivity, diversity and equity part of their everyday work.
