M. 151 and beyond, I would hardly characterize this as being in "C Lydian" here. The F's in the MELODY are F naturals. The F#'s are "simulated overtones". It's still C major here.

Bar 16, last quarter beat, the melody as written is incorrect (should be B4 G4 A4 F4).

The "Roman numeral analysis" from m. 277 on is meaningless. The chords produced are a result of "planing", this is not functional harmony here.
