Hey man, just wanted to say looking good in the bird room. I have 8 pairs myself with 4 hens as of this morning sitting on their clutch's, another 2 hens in the middle of laying their clutch's and 2 hens that don't seem to be bothered lol. Hi there, I breed most of my canary s in Avery's iv got three, one 12 ft and two 6ft, I keep sprays of artificial Christmas trees in the corners and along the back through out the year, I put the nest pans in about the end of march, l find my birds hide in them when the hawks about !! They even know the wild birds alarm calls and get up out way, l breed about 60 young a year, hope this helps, Stay safe

Hi, I've got four pairs with eggs. All good, except one cock bird destroys then nest as soon as the hen starts sitting. He starts to build a new nest wherever he can. Would you remove him once she's sitting? Never had this issue before.

Hi pal I've a pair in a double breeder, the hen has built a nest over a week ago and still no eggs, shes spending alot of time on the cage floor, any tips ?
