The Moriondo Angelo Espresso Machine makes real espresso at 15 bar pressure using eco disks that are 100% compostable. The eco disks contain espresso roast coffee that's already properly tamped and ready to brew.
I found this machine extremely easy to use. All you have to do is place the eco disk inside the filter basket, fill the water reservoir with water, and flip the deflector rod to the cup symbol. The machine will force pressurized hot water through the eco disk and yield a beautifully pulled espresso. When it reaches the level you want, simply toggle the deflector rod to "stop" and the machine stops brewing.
The resulting espresso has a deep, intense flavor and a rich crema just like one made with a much more expensive machine.
