One day for choir, we did a Halloween sing along thing cause the teacher was too lazy to make a lesson plan, but the class was full of emos, and one of the songs was a song from Nightmare Before Christmas. People flipped.

I think you can try making a giant halloween pumpkin and make a roller coaster inside and make it pass through the eyes etc ;)

Something that you could do in your park is make a huge haunted castle. I think the scenery in Planet Coaster would lend itself well to it.
