My XC90 is having its front windshield replaced Today. I was thinking that old glass is removed by breaking it into the pieces :-D It was a relief to see your video. 🙂

Luis do you have the recalibrating equipment or do you tell them to have the dealer calibrate the vehicle after you perform the installation of the new glass? Any tips during the installation to eliminate wind noise post installation? We have had our 2018 XC60 windshield replaced twice and each time we have wind noise post installation.

Also how do u extrude the OEM urethane without an air compressor? Porsche urethane I need an air compressor, is this the same with Volvo urethane?
