WHAT JUDGES DO AND DON’T WANT TO SEE IN CHARACTER LETTERS

Character letters are an important tool that you can use at sentencing to convince a judge that a lower sentence may be appropriate. A lot of people ask if I have sample character letters. You never want to submit letters that look the same. Yes there are certain things that I just want to see in the character that her and those things are discussed in this video. The number of letters depends on the quality of the letters. Federal judges want to hear from people who know about the offense and who can express your remorse.

This is such a hard thing to do and you explain it so well my son is in prison. It’s his first offense
and we have a very small family. It’s just him and I and one uncle.
He was homeschooled, so he did not have a lot of friends only coworkers now, so I am passing this on to anyone that he knew in hopes that they can follow your guide to help my son‘s case .
