Hello, I have a customer that contacted me to renew licenses for a number of their devices. I understand all said in this video but can you help with a step by step process of getting the devices registered on my smart account and paying for the renewal of the smart licenses? They provided serial numbers of the boxes.

It's overly complex and prone to failure from what I've read. Definitely a case of something that doesn't benefit the user but brings in $$$ for the vendor. Hate it.
