* 6 ears of corn shucked
* 1 tablespoon oil
* Flaky sea salt for garnish
* Shuck the corn and remove all corn silk. Pat dry. Brush lightly with olive oil.
* Bring grill up to heat of 350°F (176°C) to 450°F (232°C).
* Once warm add the corn onto the grill. Cook each side for 5 to 8 minutes to brown and cook the corn. Rotate with tongs after slight charring occurs.
* Repeat until corn is cooked to preferred doneness.
* Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the corn and enjoy warm immediately
