It's so delicious that I make it almost every weekend! A Delicious Potato Recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
3 potatoes
Dice the potatoes
600ml water
A pinch of salt
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Drain the water after 15 minutes
Mash the potatoes
1 can of tuna
Drain the water
Add to the mashed potatoes
10g parsley
Add to the bowl
2tbsp all purpose flour
Salt
Black pepper
A pinch of crushed pepper
50g mozzarella cheese
Mix well
Shape the potato into small flattened balls
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Coat with flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs
Repeat
Vegetable oil
Medium heat
Fry for 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
So crispy!
Super tasty and delicious!

Mexican version, potatoes 🥔 boil peel, crush like mash potatoes then put an egg in and grated cheese and put the rice flour in mix well then form them like the round cake shape. Then make sure your olive 🫒 oil is hot drop them in till golden brown. Take out let them cool off. If u want them in broth use the same pan that u just took out the potatoes cake grill onions then about 2 cups of water and then cut about 2 medium 🍅 tomatoes in 4 pieces put them in if u want spicy add a jalapeño choped up then a pinch of salt 🧂 and chicken flavor bouillon about a spoon some garlic powder about a teaspoon and let it boil then throw in some cilantro in there about 8 and turn off after a full boil then put a couple potatoe cakes in the broth.
Serve immediately before it fall apart add a little lime and enjoy... ❤
P.S so people don't come for me olive oil is a healthier choice however u can use any type of frying oil u prefer 😉 😏
