Scathing report on Joe Biden’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal released

A three-year scathing report on US President Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan has been released.
Republican Chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee Mike McCaul led the committee's report and found areas of serious mismanagement.
The Texas congressman's report went as far back as the Vietnam War when Biden served as a senator in the 1970’s.
According to the report, Biden’s time as senator and president presented a “pattern of callous foreign policy positions and readiness to abandon strategic partners”.
McCaul’s report also challenged Biden’s assertion that due to Donald Trump’s Doha agreement with the Taliban, his hands were tied.
The Doha agreement the former president made with the Taliban established a deadline for the US to withdraw from Afghanistan in 2021.
The report also found that state officials did not plan for Americans and allies to be removed while troops remained to protect them.
Fox News created a round-up of the report's findings from the 600-page report, which contained documents and interviews.
