Thank you. I was getting frustrated with the scale not showing all the fat/muscle/water %, BMI and calories, but this explains it all and it's actually pretty simple.

If you just stand on the scale you are not in profile mode meaning its only going to calculate your weight and save battery. (use arrow keys to change units if you need)
If you want BMI results you need to step on it to power it on, then step down, press set a couple of time to setup profile number, gender, age, height, activity lvl 1-6. Once that is done you will see user profile number on the left (1, 2, 3 etc) and 0.0kg on the scale. Step on it again and wait until it calculates body weight and BMI data.

P.S. If someone else is getting Err 2 message, don't wear socks.

Just bought this and found out no damn instructions figured it out now. it will weigh you but to get the BMI and calorie count lit you need to weigh yourself first then while still on the scales wait till it goes blank then staying on the scale bent dow and press set button then it will weigh you then calculate your BMI after a minute or two. uf you dont press set it will show ERROR 2 the set button has to be used every time to get the BMI calculation showing up on the display🤔

Not wearing socks and still getting the Error2 message. Would be grateful for feedback from anyone that no longer has this problem🙏
