It was during the time of the Great Depression that financial incomes plummeted, so people were willing to do whatever it took to get money due to the fact that desperate times call for desperate measures when it came to getting money.

Should be a child and time limit on welfare. It is more than frustrating to see people in Walmart or wherever with buggy loads of frozen crap food and 5+ kids that have no daddies and them gals pay for all that with my taxes and then pay cash for a case of beer and carton of cigarettes. On that note a nicotine test should be done as well because if you can afford them boogers you can buy food! Ugh Just ticks me off smh 😫😠
