Minor correction: You say ADH is "produced by the posterior pituitary gland" around the 50-second mark. Antidiuretic hormone is produced by the neurosecretory cells that extend from the hypothalamus, and is stored and secreted by the posterior pituitary gland. The posterior pituitary gland doesn't "produce" any hormones. I've had this drilled into me since day one! You do, however, describe the origin correctly in summary at the end of the video; yet, this may still be confusing for some people, as it contradicts the mistake at the beginning. Other than that, pretty straightforward. Thanks!
