Anycubic Mega Pro 2 in 1 Review & #CustomerService Update

As promised, here is the updated video since not only did Anycubic agree to send a new controller board. They even went further to include a new stepper driver, end-stop switch and a spare cable. So quite generous indeed!

Please note, Anycubic sent me this printer at a discounted rate for a review, however, all opinions are based on the full price for this machine. In the UK, it is possible to purchase this printer for as low as £260 if you don't mind waiting for shipping.

Quick spec check:
- Dual Drive Gear Extruder - Bondtech Clone
- Trinamic Stepper Drivers - For reduced stepper drive whine, however, the rest of this printer is not quiet and the moving parts are heavy, so not much benefit seen from these.
- Max Build Volume: 210 x 210 x 205 mm
- Max Hotend Temp: 260C
- Max Bed Temp: 100C
- Laser Engraver: Quite slow, so bit of a gimic in my opinion, but certainly very functional.

Nice video! I have a Photon Mono X and had to contact Anycubic for a shipping issue and they were really responsive to my surprise.

Nice review of this machine and I like you were honest even it was discounted product. I have the same printer 2in1, mine run even half hours less than yours and had its z drive generating loud clutterring sounds. After weeks of troubleshooting on their advise, came to the same conclusion that motherboard was faulty, which I got a replacement now from anycubic along with motor. After replacing the printers seems to be working. But not sure how long before this one goes flat. There are discrepancies in the design for sure which company needs to acknowledge.

Which firmware did you flash the printer with? I have checked their official site, and the Mega Pro isn't specifically listed, only the Mega M/S or X, and I don't know which one to use, or even if there is a difference. Is the Pro the same as the X (for example), but with the addition of the laser module?
