I've watched a number of your videos. I've been teaching English in Arequipa, Peru going on 9 years now. In April I made the decision to go full time free-lancing because I had to close the door on language institutes. Can't work under a rigid tight tight curriculum and sometimes absolutely stupid rules and requirements for the purpose of control. However, in this community the market is much more challenging than one might think. Whatever the case, your video is very timely because I am not only constantly having to rethink my teaching in light of my stated purposes with my students, but also my marketing strategy my in terms of meeting my objectives of three classes of no more than 6 students starting the 7th of January.

For me classical strategy is emergent. I have never thought of the strategy like deliberate one.
