Arrest warrant issued for Tina Peters over failure to comply with bond conditions

Peters' attorney asked the Court to "quash" the warrant saying, in part, that she was under the impression her attorney gave notice of her travel itinerary.

It doesn't matter if she announced her plans, she's supposed to wait for approval from the courts in order to be allowed to proceed with an out of state trip, any other citizen wouldn't get any leniency.

A better question might be why is law enforcement so one sided? Multiple laws have been broken, with proof to back up the criminal activity but interestingly enough the spotlight is on Peters, why?
