Telling someone their forum is wrong, you first have to understand what are her goals? If she is thinking of competing in powerlifting meets, then yes there are some minor adjustments needed. Her depth would need to about 1" to 2" deeper to go below parallel and her hand placement needs to be spread out about 2 more inches, close grips like she demonstrated will give the lifter a tendency to lean forward and not maintain a straight elinement.. The bar placement on her back is perfect. If she is doing these lift just for her physical forum, I would still spread out the hand grips, but that's it.

Her dead lift is great, but using straps should only be used when pulling weights your hand grip can't hold. Using straps all the time will reduce your weight increases, because you'll become dependent on the strap and they should only be used when doing overload work. Her technique in the deadlift is outstanding and anyone who's done this knows that.

Just to let you know that's bad form on your squats you keep looking down causing you to lean forward. Your low back is taking a beating. Wear some flat sneakers so you can avoid fungus. If you wear the proper top you wouldn't have to keep adjusting it. You're deadlifting is not bad but it's the fungus feet that you're stepping over people sweating.

I am not an expert on weightlifting, but it seems that other commenters are.If you are doing these moves wrong, they could have the exact opposite effect of what you want.

My typical rules for lifting after taking many college weight lifting courses, are go light til you get it right. If you have to use a belt and hand straps you got too much weight on there. Core is the most important muscle group.

Considered this is to be squats not only is she doing them wrong it would seem no one else seem to know, if this is squats, she is doing them wrong. She can only do two for this is not good for the back and other parts for she is not using her upper legs more nor really her legs period. I have never seen squats like this from anyone in sports or weight rooms.
On her lifts, when she was doing more reps her need for breathing was being she stopped breathing right. Any time with any exercise to do more the breathing has to be right, which is why people running not trained in breathing right will become slower and get tired faster. My training when in football doing squats with 300 lbs was 15 reps each set 3 times and lifts was the same. Bench press I could do 300 lbs but used 265 lbs 25 reps each set 3 times and military press was 245 lbs the same as bench but my breathing was the same for all.

Someone need to teach her proper forms when doing squat. I don't know anyone who would put a bar with weights on the center of their upper backs to squat. Unless she's looking forward to do damage to her lower back. Keep it up and it will happen.

20 years as a gym owner, and never seen anyone do squats as bad as that. It looks like you don't know what muscles you are using. Also take off the belt, it is not helping your core to strengthen.

Belt and wrist straps but no weightlifting or powerlifting shoes going barefoot that’s kinda gross that floor is probably really dirty
