This is another amazing opportunity for you to own a gorgeous piece of history. This fixer upper is on a quiet street and a beautiful shaded lot with a large open back yard and one car garage. It needs some work but could be an incredible show place.

The 2506 sf house is listed at $80/foot. While there is electric, hvac and plumbing in the home, they will all require improvements. There are structural repairs needed but beyond that, most of your work is cosmetic. That means you can do much of it.

Such a cute house! She looks so much like Pearl on the outside, my brain was confused for a couple seconds. I love these tours of houses for sale. All the tours are great but these little ladies that need some work are my favorites.🌸

Your editing, filming, B-roll & music choice is all excellent. Laine's presentation was on point. I love all the houses but mostly I love watching your style grow & evolve. The first time you had a sponsor I got so excited! Your channel is the perfect mix of everyone's favorite fixer uppers, tours of finished homes to see what fixer uppers can become & you two teaching us how to do it all...all while being entertaining & fun. My husband rates channels on the hosts ability to talk to the camera naturally & not feel forced & you guys do that. Keep up the good work! One day you'll have millions of subs so you can quit your day jobs & save all the old homes!!! We're rooting for you here in NE OH! (Ashtabula - a very historic town of underground railroads, covered bridges & Lake Captain homes!)

First, thank you to the owner(s) and real estate agents for letting you do the tour, that was fantastic of them, and this was, as always, incredibly enjoyable to see such a beautiful home in such fantastic shape. Whoever lived here really loved this place, and it shows!

Second, you're almost to 100k subscribers, so an early congratulations on that, too! I can't wait to see this community expand!

Third, if someone from the channel buys this beauty, you have to invite Laine and Kevin over to see the work once it's done so we can get an updated tour!

I’d like to add that although I’m living in the United Kingdom I have been renovating houses for donkeys years. My current home is just about to go on the market as we’re coming back to America.
The oldest house I ever renovated was about 500 years old and formally belonged to Oliver Cromwell. It’s amazing what you can find in the process of taking on a project like this. We discovered a concealed basement that had a tunnel that went straight to the beach/harbour. This was used by pirates who would be ready for any shipwreck. They would use the tunnel to take their ill gotten gains from the ships to be sold.
It’s just a wonderful way to bring back history and see how you can use your imagination.
Many thanks for your delightful video and I will be in touch with you when we finally arrive. Keep up the great work and never be afraid of taking on a project. Always have a good surveyor who fully understands old properties and, whatever your contingency budget is add another 20% 😉💫

What a beautiful cottage. The original part of the home is beautiful. I could see myself living here. The price is great too.

This house looks so small from the street. I was surprised by how big the rooms look.

My first thought was "Pearl Clone". You definitely listen to your viewers, and this was fun to see. You are providing a way for the home to be saved, and helping potential new owners with the kind of specific assistance which is near impossible to find otherwise. In your Live Chat the other day you mentioned about your home, Scotty, and the drastic amount of work it took to make it what it is today. These 'gently used' old homes are often in better condition (due to the original quality of the materials) than a house from the 1990s that was cheaply made and/or never maintained. What a lovely little gem. :)

we bought a farm house built in 1840's and restored it including some foundation issues. We didnt discover it till after buying it bc the house was a hoarder paradise with one family owning it and passing it down for several generations. We have never regretted the purchase and love our old farmhouse is well loved and lived in. Don't be afraid to repair foundation. Just go for it.

This home is gorgeous and with a cottage garden added would be spectacular.

What a charming sweet house. I wish I had the guts to move there. Money is no problem. It’s being a resent widow who’s lived in this town for 52 years being married.
I fell in love with it from the porch n bay windows.
I’m so scared to pick up n move. But it won’t stop me from watching you n Kevin. Gosh, Mississippi has some beautiful historical houses that make me want to dream.
I wouldn’t change much to this house. I’d just do the necessities that have to be done. Love everything about this house. I hope whoever steps up n buys it they don’t start tearing down walls n ruin the charm of this house.
♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍

Another beauty with so much space! I can see that kitchen and family space light and bright (not grey and white). That yard is huge and has what looks like old plantings. Some lucky person is getting a gem.

What a beautiful little house! I love your videos, (& whilst I'm unlikely to ever be able to restore a house of my own) I do build dollhouses & I've found your channel very inspiring! Currently, I'm working on a Second Empire house with a William Morris interior, a labor of love!

🥰🥰 OMG I looked up houses for sale in Natchez a few weeks ago just for fun, found this one, fell in love & crossed my fingers that you would do a tour so I could get a better sense of the layout! Unfortunately, I'm married to another fixer upper house already... I had the same idea about the kitchen. All of those windows in the kitchen would be dreamy!

I love this house! Would almost live in Mississippi for it. The original details are wonderful and all those fireplaces. The kitchen is a bummer, my favorite thing in an old house is a kitchen with original cabinets. At least they weren't ones from a 70's remodel. I would keep the house as is pretty much. I don't need a showcase and I like things to look a bit old and ragged. Thanks for the video!
