i have tested it
Chrome: returns 'null' for both speed and heading. (implementation problem)
Edge: doesn't return null but 0.
Uc Browser: returns error 'last location provider was disabled'

to simulate my movement i used android app 'lockito' which was working well i have tested on google map and other online speedometer sites.

but still its not working. :(

It's m/s, not km/h. Multiply it by 3.6 to get km/h. Who's driving on a freeway with 35km/h or running with 3.5km/h? :D

Great lesson. I was surprised how easy it is to access geolocation via JS. One thing, I've tried running it on my own server with SSL functioning certificate and it does not seem to be working. The heading and the speed is returned as null (the other values within the coords object are set, mind you accuracy is around 165 m). Any idea, how to improve on that?
