Adam ain’t wrong; STARZ kept dragging their feet every season to renew the show that first Jane Lynch left for Glee, and finally the role of a lifetime - Ice Town Costs Ice Clown’s Town Crown - killed Party Down for good (seemingly so at the time).

I was actually so mad at PnR for “poaching” Scott that I refused to watch the show until a year before the final season began. I didn’t yet know that Scott and most of the cast were always crossing their fingers for another season order and understandably taking work where they could find it.

I’ve since made peace with PnR, considering how many times I’ve rewatched it in just the last ten years alone.

I started watching Severance in order to follow Seth’s references but if I’d known Scott starred I’d have started earlier

Love him. Love him in him in his roles. I'm the biggest parks fan. I've rewatched way more times than I can say. Also Love his other shows including apple tv+. But these interviews seem like he is just a boring dude

Might be the european in me or that i am not a parent, but having a tracker on an already 16 year old/young person seems a bit too intrusive in terms of privacy rights. I don't care if it is a parental instinct, the need for control, a genuin need to see that the child is alife and well, but the trajectory of the acceptance of such just doesn't seem right to me. Though i expect it has also to do with here in germany our younglings are considered young adults with 16, adults with 18 and fully responsible without excpetion after 21 from laws and rights point of view. From what i gathered sofar, more generally speaking the US seems more glib where it comes to the privacy rights of individuals, otherwise something like the NSA spying onto its own people or corporations having made US citziens a lot more transparent wouldn't be possible in the EU to the same extant. Then again depending EU nation there are other rights less on the side of the individual as it is in times in the US, so not all here is perfect either.

Also that kind of behaviour seems to be part of that socalled helicoptor paranting phenomenon which i am also rather sceptical about, as the resulting childreen are said to be less autonomous/self-reliant.
