She is not lying. My brother has one. When I tasted the coffee I went ahead and bought one. When my Dad tasted the coffee he bought one as well. Note, I tried it with different coffees before purchasing. They all tasted great.

I just bought one but haven't had a chance to use it. So, you can just pour the coffee grounds into the permanent filter and be done? No need for paper filters? Just wanted to clarify.

I’ve been using it for about a month. Had some issues but giving it a chance. Rethinking about returning it. The coffee pot catches on the filter area taking it out and putting it back in. After the warming feature shuts off, the power button doesn’t shut off. I have to pay attention to shut it off.
