When booking Swiss business make sure you book on their 777 because it has the updated Pearson Lloyd design. The Airbus shown in this clip is the old outdated design. No price difference and much more room.

Wanted to try Swiss but they screwed us up... Failed to take our details and almost didn't have a flight to and from Switzerland.

I flew Swiss Air first class from Amsterdam to Zurich and the whole plane was economy sized seats, they just didn’t put anyone in the seat next to me in the first 6 rows.😂 It was weird and cheap. Like those coffin lay flats. It’s a no for me. 😐

I tried swiss first last christmas. Not impressed. Thai is much better. Perhaps swiss business is more value for money🤷‍♀️

Terrible experience with Swiss Airlines. It was our first time flying with them and they cancelled our flight. After much pleading they placed us on United and that flight was also overbooked. Very stressful experience and don't recommend this airline!
