Vinyasas are sequences coordinating breath with movement, where we move parts of the body, often the spine, in opposite directions. They serve as a way to remove previous impressions before going to a subsequent exercise.

Note that the video shows different vinyasas one after the other; it is not intended as a sequence to be performed together, but the different vinyasas can be incorporated at different points during the yoga practice.
