I like the fact that they do look just like the vice grips and just as good at a real good price.

The Quinn line of side cutter, s and needle nose pliers are some good stuff if you need them I got a couple of sets a couple of weeks ago and the needle nose ends meet up real good and the side cutter, s the cutting edge on them are real sharp 3.99 a pair and with the 20 precent off 3.19 a pair and the guy at the check out said they have a lifetime warranty.

Sounds like a very reasonable price and they look sturdy.

Nice, I just went to harbor freight for some vise-grip clamps, was so disappointed in the quality of the made in china pittsburghs that I ended up paying like 14$ for the bremen version, although they weren't CR-MO, they were cr-V. After buying them I went to homedepot and looked at their "made in taiwan" milwaukee branded ones, and they are IDENTICAL, same CR-V indentation and stamp in the same font. The only difference is the adjustment screws. The Bremen I have has a 1/4" drive square hole for a 1/4" ratchet driver, and the milwaukee has a weird flattened screw with a hole in the side painted red. Do the bremen smaller ones have bolsters in the adjustment screw? if so are they hex or 1/4" square? I know I can look when I go next, but just wondering. I have some good smaller vise grips, but knowing those are cr-mo and so cheap I might double-up next time especially on the pointed nose ones. After using my bremen vise grip clamps I'm sold on that brand at that price, like AVE says "its a sore dick deal, you just can't beat it".

...I just got a pair of these, the regular curved jaw pair, haven't used them yet, but I am impressed with the fit and finish, they lock and release well, minimal side-to-side slop...also, they have a 1/4" square drive recess on the thumb screw for tightening, which seems more convenient and less likely to strip out than the 4mm hex some brands have...like the chrome-moly jaws, and the fact they are made in Taiwan, not China...overall better pliers and better price than some similar brand x ones I bought off the internet... I looked at the Doyle and Quinn diagonal-cutting pliers they had at Harbor Freight...they looked well made and the handle vinyl coating seemed to be of high quality...but I passed on them because, at their price point, for just a few (very few) more bucks, I can buy USA made Channelock ones....half the price, and I would grab some....

Great comparison, looking forward to your next video. What’s the country of origin? Great deal & life time warranty.
