Do you have a tutorial on how to do eyes clashing? Or eyes in the infinity pattern

Great video. But I am really wondering how it can be possible to get such an exif like that. Even with a powerful light very close to the iris, I can get maximum 1/2 sec F5, 6 Iso 1250. It could be great to get some details about shooting process. Thanks
