16 oz Roasted Garlic Hummus
2 cups Baby Spinach, finely chopped and pressed into cup for measuring
1 cup Shredded White Cheddar cheese
2 tsp Adams Reserve Classic Italian Bread Dipper
1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely shredded
1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped, green part only

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Combine hummus, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, and seasoning and spread into small casserole (8 x 8 inches). Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese on top is melted.
Top with green onions and serve
