Tip #1 - You can upload animated GIF files (e.g. countdown timer up to 60s or animated logo)
Tip #2 - You can use alternate camera angles if you have a 2nd Webcam (open 2nd Streamyard browser window)
Tip #3 - "The Voice of Oz" (how to have your voice when your camera isn't on)
Tip #4 - The spacebar can be used as an "undo" button for your last action
Tip #5 - You can use streamyard for your virtual meetings up to 10 participants (on a paid plan) or 6 participants on a free plan

I think tip #2 is the coolest, but I also want to have an animated GIF logo and I'll probably end up using the first 4 tips :)

For the multiple camera angle hack how do you connect two cameras to your pc at once. I have an HDMI capture card that I use, but it is only single camera.
