I am one of his success stories I weighed 365 day of surgery 1 year later 195-210 it fluctuates no more high blood pressure and much much more he is the best

I am trying to make up my mind for this surgery, but I am quiet scared. I don't want to give up on bread, soda and my occasional beer with a cigar. I do not know if I can count and track my daily food intake either. Plus there are no valid studies available on the long term outcomes of such surgeries. I have heard people loosing their hairs, teeth and suffering from severe bone diseases. Please continue to post your videos. Thank you!
