Can I like your post 100, 000 time? Thank you so much for the useful trick. I bought a new humidifier because the old one wasn’t steaming. I got the new one and the safety knob was in the box but I didn’t know what to use it for because I don’t remember seeing one in the old one. I plug it, the new one doesn’t also steam. Hmm so I came onto YouTube to find solution then I chanced on your video. After watching your video I went to pick that part, fixed in the new humidifier and viola it started working. The icing on the cake is I fix the safety knob on the old one and that is equally working now. Thank you so much for sharing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Mine has recently reduced the amount of mist and I have cleaned it all out and no improvement so thought I may have to buy another one. Having read the questions and answers on amazon someone has same issue and the answer was to come to this video So terrific bit of online support/help there./ Thank you. Will see what happens after I do what you say. I don't have a manual Maybe it's in the box as I keep the boxes for some time after I buy in case it needs to go back for any reason.

My humidifier has stopped working; it doesn't make mist & the fan doesn't work, all that happens is an extremely quiet buzzing noise that you have to listen very hard to hear, when the power is on Would a failed oscillator stop the fan from working, or is the problem likely to be something else? Thanks in advance

Mine is two weeks old and is acting odd. I just refilled it and it’s barely producing any mist. It’s coming out in puffs, too. Strange.
