Halloween ghost chocolate bark! Tutorial

Ingredients:
300g dark/milk chocolate (plus a little bit extra for decoration)
Bowl of melted white chocolate
Sprinkles

1) Dab a small drop of melted chocolate onto each corner of a baking tray.

2) Place on a sheet of baking paper and press down.

3) Add the melted dark/milk chocolate to the tray and smooth it out.

4) Dollop ½tsp of the melted white chocolate onto the chocolate base and drag a skewer through to make a tail.

5) Dab little eyes and mouths with some more milk/dark chocolate onto the white chocolate ghost's body.

6) Repeat steps 4-5 with the rest of the white chocolate, spreading each ghost out.

7) Sprinkle some sprinkles on top.

8) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.

9) Slice into pieces.

10) Enjoy!
