Manitou Mezzer Bushing Burnishing

Quick before-after-finally video I threw together after the first time burnishing the bushings in my Manitou Mezzer. All three clips show the hub/wheel mounted to keep the lowers in alignment.

Is it also applicable to coil type forks?I believe air forks have different bushing (polymer bushing) than a coil type who have plastic bushing.

How much did you ride it before burnishing? Has it developed any play since? Where'd you get the burnishing tool?
