The new ones are up to 200 miles of range but there competitors chev bolt and Kia, Hyundai are up to 250.

Limited resale market. A customer who would buy an 8yo subcompact🚗(lives in an apartment complex or a College Dorm) doesn't have a personal charge source to charge overnight.

My neighbor has one. When it was new it got about 90 miles to a charge. She only has a 30 mile round trip to work and now with having about 70k miles it barely makes it that 30 miles in the winter

Gotta love a Leaf from Tennessee, country music in an electric car. Not something you'd think would mix, but they do!

Actually, I like the looks. For the most part, cars all look the same. The older Leafs are unique, like the VW Bug.

I know people who buy these for their teenagers so they can't get too far from home - pretty cruel but creative. I think there are replacement batteries that European owners are putting in their original Leafs which markedly increase the range. Not sure if they've made it to the US yet though.

I don't see an update video showing actual range you are getting. Another youtuber bought a 2012 leaf and got 30 something miles on a charge. These cars aren't worth owning when they can't even go 30 miles on a charge. Sure they look like a good idea to own but no range makes them useless.

Full trottle 50 meters you lost 2% battery, not to happy about it. Since i want to buy one for comuting 😅
