Google Sheets - Remove Rows Containing Certain Data

If you want to remove certain rows in your spreadsheet based on the data they contain, there are two good ways to do it. Both techniques have certain upsides and drawbacks. You can choose which works best for you.

Hi! I have applied the filter. How do i save it so that the hidden rows are deleted and the row numbers now represent only the filtered data? I opened the url and the hidden rows showed again after opening the file. Please help. TY!

Hi! Quick question,
Is there a way or is it possible that by a certain criteria, a whole row will be entirely removed and transferred to a different sheet? The second way that you showed seems like it only copied the data that does not contain "west" but did not actually remove those rows from the original table of data. I hope you could help on this. Hi! Just a question. What if I want the excluded data to be dynamic, meaning I'll have an range where I input the excluded data, then the filter automatically updates? As of now, this is what I have:
=FILTER(A1:C, B:B<>D2, B:B<>D3, ..., B:B<>D11)
It only goes till where I keep typing it, but I want it to be a range (ideally D2:D). Is there any way to do that?

how do you keep cells with certain data. this video shows how to delete cells with a criteria but not how to only keep cells with a certain criteria. I've been trying to do this and I can't figure it out

HEY PROLIFIC OAKTREE: Just so you know, your audio in your intro is way too loud, you must have it cranked up in your editing software for the intro because it's way louder than every other part of your video. Might want to check it out, super loud and annoying.
